The guest room was neat and bright with coffee. The hotel was in a magnificent location near to the “ Firenze Santa Maria Novella ” railway station. Great to be 200 metres away from Il Cantone del Guelfo, enjoyed our meal there.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Bella Firenze. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, just steps away from the train station. The staff, especially Robert and his wife, were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel welcomed and at home.
The breakfast offerings could be improved by adding more variety to the pastries, juice, and coffee.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was super clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. They even carried my bags to my room, even though there is no elevator. The location was perfect, being very close to the train station and right at a bus stop. It was so convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast was a nice perk as well, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.
